Dr. Decker completed her DPM degree at Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago and her surgical residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital and Captain James A. Lovell Federal Healthcare System. She has a background in sports medicine and experience with pediatric care.

Dr. Ellsworth earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University. He completed a three-year residency in foot and ankle surgery at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, OH.

Dr. Hoque earned her DPM from the California School of Podiatric Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University. He earned his DPM from the Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine at Midwestern University and completed his residency at Intermountain Medical Center and the VA in Salt Lake City.
